Job description
* Able to execute month-end closing and perform full sets of accounts.
* Keeping proper filing and records of customers' invoices, and company expenses and assisting the office manager to prepare regular payments to suppliers and vendors.
* Keeping proper filing and records of company expenses
* General office administrative support as and when needed.
* Execute GST submission or IRAS filing.
* Generate monthly Profit and Loss reports for management.
* Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
* Manage procurement for the Factory as well as lead and champion factory audits.
Job Requirement
* 3 to 4 years’ accounting working experience.
* Detailed and meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Office MYOB and Xero Accounting software is essential.
* Creditable accounting qualifications.
