Service Manager (Air-con Maintenance)

M-tech Air-con & Security Engineering Pte Ltd

Overseeing the service operations to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of services to our clients.

Lead a team of service technicians, manager service schedules, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, support and coaching as needed.
  • Delegate tasks, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team meets or exceed service targets.
  • Oversees all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispacting and monitoring service call to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Coordinate with other department to optimize resource allocation and meet service demand effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of air conditioning systems to assist service technicians in diagnosing complex issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all service activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of employees and clients.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits to promote a culture of safety within the service team.
  • Manage service budgets effectively, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
  • Prepare budget forecasts, analyze financial reports, and make recommendations for resource allocation and expenditure control.
