Working Hour: Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm/ 3pm to 11pm)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to craft strategic initiatives that align projects with the company's overarching goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements based on strategic plans.
- Ensure projects run smoothly by diligently tracking progress, updating management on status, managing budgets, identifying irregularities, and addressing risks promptly.
- Manage operational costs against project budgets to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with customers, addressing unspoken assumptions, resolving conflicts, and navigating complex management issues effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success, monitoring them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the performance of both internal teams and external service providers involved in projects.
- Professionally handle escalations with vendors and customers, ensuring resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
- Conduct Scalability, Interoperability, and Portability Analysis to optimize project performance.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including training guides, quality assurance guidelines, and detailed project reports.
- Lead large and diverse teams responsible for different project segments.
- Present project data and updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
- Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional business acumen, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills to convey project information effectively.
