Our client, a listed company is seeking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/SECRETARY.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suites/Top Mgmt.
- Ability to write and read in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with
- Mandarin speaking guests and business partners
- Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements (i.e. flights, accommodation, visa, etc.)
- PREFERABLY Technologically savvy.
- Attend to Company’s VIPs and guests
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support
- Well organised and eye for details.
- Must be independent, highly proactive and eye for details.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
