Assistant Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


The Assistant Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays an important role in the Corporate Finance function, supporting regional Topgolf venues across SEA. You will work closely with our FP&A team to ensure accuracy of financial systems, conduct data analysis, prepare accurate information, and perform a variety of Finance tasks. This position will have varied challenges and will deliver great growth opportunities.


HOW YOU’LL DO IT:


ERP System Implementation

  • Support with the roll-out of ERP system of future new venue openings
  • Have comprehensive understanding on front-to-end flow for all systems implemented for all regional venues, together with system integrations, that includes but not limited to: Finance system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), HR system (SunFish HR SaaS), POS system (Oracle Simphony), Procurement system (BirchStreet)
  • Support with adhoc trouble-shooting post go-live with venue Operations team.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support with the roll-out of transaction database by venue (through PowerBI)
  • Data mining of daily transactions from various systems to support information reporting on useful trends and analysis.
  • Ability to explain sources of data and approach in all information presented that is aligned with Venue Operations assumptions.

Financial Reporting

  • Support in regional consolidated financial reports
  • Support with venue reporting process including month-end close financial reporting outside of local statutory stakeholders.
  • Support with Singapore statutory reporting (IRAS, ACRA)
  • Any other adhoc reporting requirements as required by Board and Management Team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Diploma or above in accounting field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Experience in F&B or Hospitality sector and relevant ERP systems (Business Central, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Good computer skills: Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Attention to detail and willing to work through and solve business problems.
  • Self-motivated individual who likes challenges and can work well with others.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills.
