Our client is a leading organisation specialised in the manufacturing, installation, sales and maintenance of elevators and escalators. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Business Development Executive.
Summary
- Reporting to the Corporate Planning Manager
- To execute company internal control, audits, and improvement activities
- To execute matters with regards to corporate communication
Responsibilities
- Execute internal control and export control compliance activities
- Organize annual general meetings (AGM)
- Organize CEO and group companies business policy meetings
- Organize performance review meetings
- Organize internal and external audits
- Prepare and conduct trainings/briefings/presentations on corporate ethics,
- Internal control, export control matters to employees
- Update company homepage, intranet and company profile
- Initiate continual improvement activities within department
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in related industry or equivalent qualification
- Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Training will be provided
