Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Engage customers by attending to sales inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt and improve our offerings.
• Make reasonable recommendations to improve potential from various markets.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of sales and managerial experience.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Management or equivalent.
• Experience in dealing with Gemstones and Jewels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passionate in engaging customers and provide excellent service.
• Expereince with Direct outdoor selling.
