The Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns through databases, email outreach, and crafting social media content strategies and ad campaigns
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) to streamline lead management and derive insights for conversion strategies
- Evaluate marketing endeavors to enhance effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
- Identify industry trends and competitor insights to refine marketing tactics, expenditure, and performance
- Enhance website structure and content for better search engine visibility (SEO) and utilize paid online advertising (SEM)
- Ensure website content aligns with online objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve user experience
- Support social media campaigns with photography or videography as required
- Liaise with vendors to enhance company social media activity
- Perform any ad hoc duties
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with a track record in social media marketing
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and account management
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
