The Job:
- Order to CashCommunicate regularly with customer to handle their PO and confirmation
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
- Arrange delivery to meet customer expected date and invoice on time, coordination with warehouse
- Replenishment stockRegularly communicate with sales for market development
Calculate stock requirements based on demand planning and historical data
Create PO to respecting supplier (affiliate or non-affiliate)
Monitor and ensure all PO's in line with requirement and communicated - Import ActivitiesMonitor shipping schedule, receive notification of arrival of import materials, closely coordination with GBS
