We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Regional Publishing Manager
We have supported our client – Samsung in setting up and running successful operations in Europe, and we will soon replicate this model for the APAC region, consisting of markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, etc. The main objective of this model is to improve overall content quality, consistency and digital marketing capabilities among all APAC offices. This role will be reporting to the Digital Platform Director.
Role & Responsibility:
Support Samsung to manage Samsung.com better to acquire more quality traffic and improve on-site experience, eventually driving more e-shop conversions by improving content publishing, web analytics insights and SEO implementation
Content publishing
- Manage publishing on Samsung.com with understanding about global general / whole process from asset sourcing to web production
- Monitor and manage monthly product publishing rate, performance and report
Web analytics
- Report customization via understanding requirements from Samsung stakeholders
- Insights reporting to Samsung stakeholders to identify driver(s) of Samsung.com performance
- QA and coordinate on RHQ-led Samsung.com analytics dashboard and monthly insights report
SEO
- QA and coordinate on RHQ-led monthly SEO report
- Coordination of SEO implementation plan
- SEO copy localization
- Post execution insights reporting to Samsung
Requirements:
- Experience in working with a structure with multiple stakeholders and multiple tools, governed by global guidelines
- Experience with CMS (Content Management System) tools like AEM, WORDPRESS, etc.
- Experience with online shopping site product management with buying configuration by using eCommerce tools
- Experience with project management using PM tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Experience with stakeholders communication, managing project deliverables and timelines
- Understanding of consumer journey based on the web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google analytics)
- Understanding of web analytics tools and key metrics (Visits, Marketing Visits, Sales Engagement, Conversion) and analytics dimensions, such as Channel, Visitor profile, Conversion funnel, Page & Path, etc.
- General knowledge of web language (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and website audit tools like (Screamingfrog, Googlewebmastertool, etc.)
- Understanding of Google search engine algorithm linking to the search result ranking
- Understanding of keyword research tools (keyword planner, SEM rush, etc.) and basic SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console)
