Job Scope
- Maintain billing records and invoices, assist customers, process paperwork, follow through with Preventive Maintenance contracts
- Maintain work report database and all related data entries
- Coordinate services and appointments.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and basic analytical skills
- Team player with good interpoersonal & communication skills
- SAP B1 knowledge an advantage
Qualifications
- ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or Equivalent
- Diploma in Optometry an advantage
