Job Description:
- Manage the daily operations of the front office to ensure efficient functioning of the team
- Responsible for coaching Front Office team members to ensure services rendered are effective, efficient and comply with the Hotel’s standard
- Develop operations plans and monitor room inventory
- Collaborate with various departments on operational requirements
- Plan and schedule Front Office team duty roster and forecast projected occupancy for Front Office Manager’s approval
- Ensure Front Office team comply with work ethics and grooming standards to all policies, and procedures determined by the Hotel
- Handle guests’ concerns and feedback tactfully and follow-up on corrective actions if required
- Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel premise
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism, or a related field will be advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hotel industry, especially the Front Office
- Matured and positive individual, capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-groomed and upholds a professional nature outlook
- Able to commit to 6-day rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
