Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Media Executive / Senior Media Executive to support the Integrated Media team in media planning and campaign implementation across offline and online media platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning
- Assist Media Manager in developing media strategies and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals
- Drive strategic and tactical innovation across offline and online media platforms (e.g. FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital and Mobile)
- Build strong relationships and engage clients on day-to-day operations
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations
Campaign implementation
- Work with media traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaign proposals
- Book and active campaigns across offline and online media platforms
- Digital ad operations, including review of creative assets in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking
- Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format; work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate
- Deliver interim and post-campaign reports to provide insight and recommendations on media performance
- Work with billing team to ensure that plans are billed correctly, and in a timely manner
Requirements for this role:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
- 1-3 years of working experience in marketing and communications functions; prior media experience will be a plus. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
- Competency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good with numbers
