- Handle incoming calls; determine purpose of calls and direct calls to appropriate persons / departments.
- Take and relay messages.
- Display the daily newspapers.
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Deal with queries from the public and within the organization.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.

- Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and ensure equipment relevant to reception area is in working condition.
- Control inventory relevant to the reception area and to ensure items are in working condition.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc clerical support as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ’O’ level with 3 credits including credit in English.
- Some working experience as receptionist and preferably with experience / certificate in office skills.
- Proficiency in conversing in English is required. The role involves attending to and communicating with visitors and staff primarily in English as well as Mandarin or Malay.
- Pleasant character / personality with the ability to project a professional image for company.
