Job Details:
• Basic Salary: $2000 - $2200 + HIGH COMMS!
• Monday – Friday: 9am to 6.30pm. (Inclusive of 1 hour Lunch Break)
• Location: Novena
• 1-Year Renewable Contract (Subjected to performance)
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer’s queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs
• Cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products via Inbound / Outbound Calls.
• Recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
• To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for
application submission.
• Achieving of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
• Prior experience in Telesales would be an advantage
