Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, potential customers, and emerging trends to drive sales growth.
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Engage in high-level sales negotiations and oversee major sales deals.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Participate in the budgeting process, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to support sales initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
- With 10 - 15 years of experience within biomedical industry (Microscopes, Optical solutions), semiconductor or metrology.
- With a Robust Background in managing international sales operations in Southeast Asia.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to travel frequently.
