Job Description & Requirements:
- Generate new clienteles and have own customer base.
- To work with stake holders on RFQ participation.
- Act as customers point of contact by liaising closely with relevant departments to ensure that their enquiries, concerns and/or issues are dealt with appropriately and promptly.
- Assist in implementation and submit Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports and to participate in presentation at QBR and Key Performance Meeting.
- Managing corporate client with pivotal care and attention in order to meet and achieve desirable results.
- Be the internal and external coordinator for all aspects of business relationship for new / assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing plans and strategies for winning new business.
- Responsible for Account development and growth.
- Shipside cargo supervision if required.
- Other duties assigned by the reporting Manager.
- Driven by sales and result oriented.
