- Professional Appearance - maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor as the receptionist often serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Requirements:-
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with computer software, including email and basic office application such as Microsoft Office
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Being consistenly punctual and reliable as the receptionist's presence is crucual during office hours
