Our Customer Service Team plays a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing functions, ensuring customer satisfaction at every point of engagement with our customers. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all pre-sales and post sales activities that contribute to the Company’s growth
- Enhance customer’s satisfaction by providing solutions to their needs
- Prepare quotations, process orders, monitor customer orders, record keeping, keep Customers informed of their order status and ensure timely deliveries
- Checking order documentation, incoming and outgoing goods
- Liaise with shipping agents
- Monitor deliveries and record keeping
- Ensure accuracy in stock inventory

- IT and numerical skills
We are located at 55 Toh Guan Road East; operating on a 5-day work week.
