Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-in visitors and customers
- Co-ordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed, including supplies replenishment
- Provide administrative support for the office; maintain files and organize documents
- Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in English to communicate with visitors and customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
