Purpose of the role
This role resides in the 1st line risk ownership within the Division in Singapore. Individual is expected to support the division in meeting the requirements & expectations under the Bank’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the necessary Third-Party vendor management arrangements, including but not limited to the initiation, periodic review and completion of the relevant Third-Party management documentation in partnership with the relevant HR Center-of-Excellence (COE) PIC in Singapore.
- Foster 1st line risk ownership by providing training, education, and guidance on the processes with sufficient understanding on regulatory expectations, internal policies and procedures, and business nature and risks.
- Ensure accuracy and adequacy of the documents as required by TPRM processes to ensure they meet formal requirements under the relevant policy and procedure.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to obtain the relevant requirements to fulfill the risk assessment and due diligence process as required by the Bank’s Third-Party Management Framework
- Liaise with stakeholders in 1.5 Line of defense and 2nd Line of defense on clarifying the requirement and expectation of any third-party management arrangements (both Outsourcing Arrangements and Non-Outsourcing Arrangements).
- Participate in key HR projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- No experience required
- Procurement or vendor management internship experience would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- A team player who is able to collaborate and work effectively with diverse stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Self-driven with problem-solving skills
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to quality and timeliness of work deliverables
- Good proficiency of MS applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
