Responsibilities:
· To provide efficient after-sales technical services and support, delivery and commissioning.
· Trouble shooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.
· Produce timely and detailed service reports.
· Follow all company’s safety policies, procedures and protocols and organizes work areas for efficiency and safety.
· Comprehend customer’s requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC in Electrical /Marine / Mechanical / Mechatronic.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in servicing or maintenance of equipment or machinery.
- Preferably working experience with servicing of pumps, and geared motors will
be an added advantage. Able to compile reports of servicing & inspection work carried out.
- Able to interpret technical drawings with hands on experience in machining processes such as turning, milling and drilling.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Malay (to liaise with multilingual associates/clients).
- Proficient with MS Excel / MS Words / MS Powerpoint.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Team player with discipline and good work attitude.
- Possess Class 3 driving licence.
- Singaporean or PR.
