Established eye specialist clinic in Novena (near MRT) looking for a Patient Service Associate to join its team at its admin office and/or clinic. No experience is required. Training and supervision will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Job scope includes:
- booking of appointments and replying to patients' queries
- submission of claims to insurers, processing of refunds
- payment processing/ recording
- housekeeping and other administrative duties as assigned
- Candidate can be rotated and trained to do other roles in the clinic operations like registration, dispensing, and perform eye diagnostic tests.
- Working hours: 4 to 5.5 days (1 or 2 Saturdays off per month can be discussed)
