Job Description: [Lead a team of 10+ Technicians]
- Manage Service Department for business growth and profitability.
- Handle tasks like service calls, scheduling, staffing, sales, and stock control.
- Supervise Service Department staffs.
- Develop and manage service customer base.
- Handle debt collection for service department customers.
- Assist General Manager in developing Preventative Maintenance business.
- Provide technical advice and prepare quotations for potential customers.
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of hands-on technical working experience.
