Responsibilities:
· Register patients and update patient information in the system
· Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
· Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department
· Assist with patient inquiries and provide information about services
· Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
· Ensure a clean and organized reception area
· Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
· O level/ diploma or equivalent
· Able to start work immediately or on short notice
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
