Procurement Coordinator / Executive

As a Procurement Coordinator / Executive, you will source, negotiate, and manage the procurement of goods and services to meet the company's operational and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products or services. Able to speak and write in Mandarin.


Key Responsibilties

· Sourcing and negotiations with reliable and reputable vendors / suppliers local and overseas

· Point of contact for negotiating contracts and supplier policies

· Ensure the purchasing price, payment term and lead time are correct and updated accurately in system as per agreement

· Maintain the inventory to be well-stocked in order to fulfill customer orders

· Checking and ensuring that materials and products are received on time and intact, and in the quality and at the cost agreed upon with the client

· Regular review of costing and quality to reduce cost and improve product quality

· Generating and forecast for weekly and monthly procurement needs and reports

· Ensure respective departments are aware of the order status and provide timely updates about material delay/shortage

· Prepare and process POs and Invoices

· To maintain quality standards, procurement policies and procedures

· To be able to forecast and procure materials and supplies in accurate quantity and timely

· Manage sales orders from receipt to shipment, including tracking incoming orders, packing items, and coordinating courier arrangements

· Oversee inventory control for skincare and supplement ingredients used in production. Monitor the inflow and outflow of ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet production requirements

· Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management
