Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday : 10.00am to 7.00pm
Friday: 10.30am to 7.00pm ( with 0.5 hr lunch break)
Contract Period: 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025
The Services required are set out as follows:
1) Provide cleaning services;
2) Provide logistics support for school events e.g. moving and arranging tables and chairs;
3) Closing of school and keep school facilities safe and secure;
4) Supervise and escort the Authority’s appointed term contractors who are carrying out facilities management services in school;
5) Check on the existing stock of cleaning supplies and toilet supplies and feedback to Operations Manager for replenishment of stock;
6) Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services, compiliation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager;
7) Report building faults to Operations Manager;
8) Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority.
Job Requirement
1) The Personnel must have at least a Primary 6 local school education or equivalent.
2) The Personnel should preferably have experience in providing cleaning services.
3) The Personnel should preferably have experience working in customer-service related jobs.
4) The Personnel must be physically able to provide logistics support for school events.
5) The Personnel must know how to use WhatsApp Messenger application or equivalent to take photos for reporting of building faults.
