Working Hours:
Any 5 days from Mon – Sun, Clinic opening hours is 8am to 8pm. Working hours per week will be 44 hours, 3 days 8 hours shift 2 days 10 hours shift
Jobscope:
· Provide receptionist duties at front counter
· Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
· Able to apply basic patient care
· Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
· Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
· Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Requirements
Min N / O Level or Nitec in any field
Must be okay to work in fast paced environment
have to be comfortable working 1 weekend
