- Assist in new campaigns for IT initiatives and Projects
- Design posters, create infographics and short videos, chatbots
- Provide support to employees on system operations, e-learning platforms
- Day-to-day IT helpdesk ticket support, hardware setups and software applications troubleshooting
- Support system upgrades, installations, and software updates
- Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
- Provide IT support to local and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network)
- Any other duties assigned by the Superior
Requirement
1. Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
2. Interested in marketing IT tools and web services
3. People-oriented and able to speak in public/zoom briefing
4. Provide support outside of normal operating hours as required
5. IT Savvy and familiar with IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access, SQL database, Phyton, C++, Java, etc
6. Able to commit to a minimum 6-month to 12-month intern contract. A good performer can renew the contract or convert to a permanent employee.
