(a) Your primary function is to support all business, projects and activities of the Company.
(b) You are required to perform on-site (local and overseas) installation, buyoff and service all products of the Company such as Conversion kits, Docking Systems, Sockets, Jigs & Fixtures and spare parts.
(c) Generate service reports, documentations, analysis and recommendations after each service activities.
(d) You are required to conduct Trainings & Seminars to our customers, local and overseas alike, on the Operation and Maintenance procedures of our products as needed.
(e) You are required to meet with customers, local and overseas alike from time to time for technical discussions on how to meet their requirements and deliveries.
(f) Perform assembly of all products to help our in-house Assembly department to familiarize with the Product Assembly.
(g) Perform other duties that may be assigned to you by the management or your immediate superior from time to time (eg. Presentation Materials, 8D reports and other related activities).
