Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated Senior Customer Service Executive who will push themselves to go past your limits to achieve greater heights and grow with the company as it expands into an international powerhouse.


Responsibilities

  • Contact private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for products and services;
  • Attend to all client enquiries and requests via all communication channels promptly and professionally;
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential clients from sources such as telephone directories, and lists purchased from other organisations;
  • Accurately record client information;
  • Collaborate with retail team to respond to feedback or complaints;
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating professionalism, and integrity


Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior high volume customer service experience
  • Sales and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate in professional and efficient manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address client concerns and find appropriate solutions
  • Excellent customer service phone etiquette
  • Strong verbal / written communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to client needs
  • Highly customer service oriented


Job Details

  • Working Location: River Valley
  • Working Days: 5.5 day work week
  • Vacancies: 1
  • Salary Range: $2500 - $2800 (Based on experience)
