The Job

  • Answer calls to Corporate hotline and respond to emails.
  • Provide daily account servicing report.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate account servicing and support resources for clients.

The Person

  • At least 2 years' experience in a call centre environment or customer service role.
  • Must be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with non-English speaking clients.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-pace job.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
