The Job
- Answer calls to Corporate hotline and respond to emails.
- Provide daily account servicing report.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate account servicing and support resources for clients.
The Person
- At least 2 years' experience in a call centre environment or customer service role.
- Must be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with non-English speaking clients.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-pace job.
- Familiar with MS Office.
