Job Description
- Installation, troubleshooting, repair service and maintenance for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing equipment.
- Provide technical support in the field.
- Prepare onsite for service schedules within budgets.
- Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the after sales service.
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments and client updates.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer/Aerospace Engineering.
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in Refrigeration Industry.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
- Knowledge and experience in brazing will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
