Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent aftersales services to our customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide information about luggage products and services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Process customer orders and payments
- Track and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare and deliver customer service reports
Qualifications
- Min- ‘O’ Level
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
