Job Description:
- Responsible for desktop, laptop, printer & scanner configurations
- Handles the installation & troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients and other software; audio/ video conference device setup
- Responsible for supporting Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server, Patch management
- Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues (eg. Switches/Wifi)
- Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS / SDWAN
- Basic knowledge of application installation & troubleshooting
- Has to work with teams across geographies and time zones
- Hands on experience in Asset Management tools i.e. Desktop Central
- Incumbent has to handle corporate users
- Sound knowledge of Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards
- Good Technical knowledge of latest technology trends
- Vendor management
- Coordinate discussions between Central IT and country team
- Managing other locations within and around Indonesia (cluster) and their resources
- Leads a team and manage their appraisals
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- ITIL Certification preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years supporting corporate end user services
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to engage with senior Business stake holders
- Ability to lead a local team as well as remote locations
- Good communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills; able to multi-task and good time-management skills
