• Conduct consultations with clients and their families to address concerns and goals.
• Participate in client admission, progress monitoring, and discharge planning.

3. Documentation and Standards

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records, including assessments, therapy plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure all therapy practices align with ethical, professional, and infection control standards.
• Contribute to audits and compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

4. Equipment and Resources

• Manage therapy equipment, ensuring functionality, safety, and timely replacements.
• Report and resolve any hazards or incidents to uphold a safe environment.

5. Professional Development and Training

• Participate in training programs to enhance skills, including certifications in CPR, Fire Safety, and Manual Handling.
• Contribute to in-service training sessions and mentor junior staff or interns where applicable.

6. Other Duties

• Support organizational initiatives and fundraising efforts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Occupational Therapist or Medical Care Manager.

Requirements

• Education:Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  Full or restricted registration with Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  
• Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy.
  Background in geriatrics, long-term care, or community care is a plus.
  
• Skills and Attributes:Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  A passion for working with elderly clients and enhancing their quality of life.
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  Proactive, organized, and resourceful.
