- We are recruiting for our HLA brand in Singapore. HLA (Singapore) is recruiting for Retail Associate
- As we are expanding further, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparel to suit customer’s needs, and offer an alternative to customers.
Actively maintains a global brand image.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday
- Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin as the candidate are required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Customer service experience will be of valuable
- Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply as there will be training provided.
