Responsible
- Daily work arrangement and coordination of the production department
- Develop and manage various processes and standards for the production department, and supervise their implementation
- Conduct monthly and annual evaluations and cause analysis on KPIs of each group within production to find solutions to improve service quality
- Responsible for resource management, quality and safety management, inventory management and other related work
- Seek all aspects of solutions, execution and management to improve department efficiency
- Provide feasible plans and implement supervision for cost control in all aspects of the department
- Train and assess employees
- Cross-departmental collaboration and other related work
Job requirements
- SPM or above, proficient in Chinese, English, Malay (listening, reading, writing)
- Applicants with relevant management experience in the fresh food delivery industry will be given priority (those without management experience in the same industry will not be disturbed)
- Familiar with all aspects and operating procedures of the production operation department, and good at production control and on-site management
- Have more than 3 years of management experience in a fresh food delivery company, and be proficient in using computers and office software
- Possess strong team management and communication and coordination skills, as well as strong execution and promotion capabilities
- Working hours: 6 days/week (flexibly adjusted according to the working hours of the production department), evening shift
