Warehouse Operation Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for daily warehouse operation.
2. Communicate with the operation and management team to prepare an efficiently executed operations strategy.
3. Ensure the distribution system are efficient and well maintain to ensure on time delivers.
4. Resolve with other departments for any daily operations issues or complaints.
5. Monitor inventories as well as weekly cycle counts.
6. Ensure the daily operation practicing safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures.
7. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workers.
8. Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organising employee training and developing teamwork initiatives.
9. Any other responsibility assigned by Management from time to time.
10. Ensure assigned area / section is operating smooth and meeting target KPI.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum STPM/ Diploma in logistics and supply chain management or any equivalent field.
2. 3 years’ experience supervising warehouse operation.
3. Strong leadership and able to lead a big team.
4. Preferable Executive specializing in Warehouse Management or equivalent.
5. Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent.
6. Familiar on reporting and problem solving.
7. Team player with strong initiatives, responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
