Innovative projects that deliver groundbreaking results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Strategy and Operations ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively.


Effective communication will be key. You’ll collaborate with the DT Select Customer Success Team, engage with the broader Customer Success organization, and liaise with stakeholders across Dell Technologies.


Join us in delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to our continued success as a DT Select Customer Success Undergraduate Intern on our DT Select Customer Success Team in Singapore.

You will

  • Break down ambiguous problems into manageable components, thinking through optimal solutions.
  • Manage projects from initiation through delivery, using a variety of technologies in the support of project/program plans, milestones, and deliverables, identifying and escalating issues for resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement, influencing others to achieve results.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and communications to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to actionable, data-driven recommendations and process improvements.

Essential Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated attentiveness to quality, productivity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in synthesizing data, analytical thinking, and developing and delivering insightful presentations with data-driven recommendations.
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, communication, project management, and prioritization of initiatives.
