We are seeking a Client Service Administrator for our new upcoming project at our Flagship Boutique, where you will play a crucial role in contributing to our brand's success. If you have a passion for luxury jewelry and a dedication to exceptional customer service, this is the ideal role for you!
Description
- Serving as an Ambassador with the Customer Service platform within the vibrant atmosphere of the Boutique, you will adhere to its esteemed image and client service standards.
- Collaborate with our Customer Service platform to generate cost estimates and escalate requests to the CS Headquarter as needed.
- Oversee the efficient management of Repair Orders on a daily basis, sharing pertinent CS information and providing timely updates on Repair Order statuses, particularly for sensitive cases.
- Facilitate regular communication channels to offer feedback and propose initiatives aimed at enhancing client service excellence and satisfaction under guidance of the manager,
- Encompass the organization, tracking, and maintenance of all administrative documentation relating to sales, transfer and orders of CS stock, tools transfer and repair.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, strong organization skills, Interpersonal skills, solution and client focused and good team-player
- Exposure in the luxury retail working environment
- Prior knowledge and usage of SAP & MS office is a plus
Working schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 11am – 8pm and off days are on Sunday and Monday
