Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Manage school front counter services
- Handling visitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their needs
- Handling queries and complaints via phone
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Managing office inventory such as stationery and administrative stores
- Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle lost and found process
- Manage loan records of school items (e.g., uniform, umbrella, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the admin office
- Data entry and any other duties assigned by the school
Student Service Duties:
- Manage student early release (recording and contacting parents)
- Coordinating between Form-Teachers & Student Management Team (SMT) on students’ movement (e.g., responding quickly to incoming messages and processing them, and alerting the SMT.)
- Monitoring students' late coming, attendance, CCA attendance (e.g., Involving data entry, collating info, and processing info)
- Providing real-time information on attendance info to support SMT
- Manage students' cellphone confiscation process
- Assisting in sick bay recording, ambulance recording, incident recording
- Manage student lift pass issuance
Qualification:
The Personnel shall minimally have obtained ‘A level’ qualifications or its equivalent, and should preferably have the following skills and experiences:
- Working in front counter services
- Working in school environment
- At lease 3 years of experience in administration
- Proficient in IT environment, MS Office, Whatapps Chat,
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
- Able to Multitask
- Good Social skills
- Problem solving
Contract :3 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 (with an option to extend)
Working Hours:· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm; Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
