- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product quality.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Process orders accurately and promptly according to customer specifications.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and any outstanding information.
- Issue goods return notes, stock exchange forms, and handle product returns as required.
- Process credit/debit adjustments and stock transfer requests related to products.
- Liaise with logistics, purchasing, and sales departments on issues related to product stock and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations for the sales team upon request, including details of meat cuts, pricing, and availability.
- Escalate customer concerns and complaints regarding products to management for further action.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service
- Good verbal communication and telephone skills
- Strong knowledge of meat products, including cuts, and proper handling procedures.
- Good command of English
- Multi-tasker who is meticulous and organised with strong follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic PC Literacy Skills
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
