Responsibilities:
- Generate Quotations
- Follow up with customers on quotations made
- Upload completed quotations into Document Management Software
- Consolidate Pre-requisite information
- Liaise with clients on new inquiries
- Provide the best-guaranteed service to our customers:
- Assist in chasing outstanding payments
- Back up your fellow of colleagues so that the continuity of the service towards the customer is guaranteed
- Manage Client Purchase Orders
- Manage customer accounts in ERP
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level or Equivalent
- Have initiative and be willing to learn
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
- Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers
- Strong Ability to interact and communicate with people over the phone
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office eg Word, Excel and Outlook
