Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend to customer Inquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and invoicing (training will be provided).
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing detailed product information.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities.
- Ensure all transactions and data entries are accurately recorded in the system and proper filing of all documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping department to track and manage order fulfillment.
- Build & maintain good relationship with customers.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, taking and upload product photos to the website.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales support or customer service.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Able to pick up product knowledge for effective communications and coordination.
- Able to work Independently and meet deadlines.
- 5-Day work week / normal office hour.
- On Job Training Provided.
