Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers through understanding their requirements and needs
- Answering the telephone/ emails to manage customer's inquiries and providing quotations
- Work with operations team to fulfill customer request, instructions and rectify issues
- Planning and Coordination with internal departments and customers
- Documentation and data entry
- Provide administration support to Warehouse Operations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in any related field
- Two years of experience in customer service. Applicants with shipping sales experience will be advantageous.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, Public Relations and negotiation skills
- Resourceful, resilient and self-motivated
- No experience required
