Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Career Service Executive. As a Career Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in their career development and job search efforts. You will provide guidance, resources, and support to help our clients navigate their career paths and achieve their professional goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for student seeking career development assistance, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Conduct individual career counseling sessions to assess clients' career goals, interests, and skills, and develop customized action plans. Communicate with trainers, students, and clients to ensure smooth program delivery and participant satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and networking techniques.
  • Collaborate with employers, recruiters, and industry professionals to identify job opportunities and connect students with potential employers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of client information.
  • Stay informed about relevant career development resources, tools, and technologies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in career counselling, recruitment, or related roles preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal
  • Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and standards in career services.
  • Proficient in both written and oral communication.
  • Minimum educational attainment of Diploma.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and tailor services to meet individual needs.
  • Familiarity with job search strategies, resume writing, and interviewing techniques.
