Job description
Our client is a prominent hedge fund with global presence. They are well-known for their comprehensive, quantitative, and fundamental investment strategies.
As part of their headcount expansion, they are actively seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass end-user and desktop support globally. You will also be supporting asset management as well as onboarding and offboarding employees.

To qualify, you must have the following:
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 5 – 7 years of Desktop Support/End-User Support experience in a global role
- Strong practical experience in Office 365 and Windows 10
- Strong practical expertise in Active Directory/365 Exchange
- Strong hands-on experience in Citrix Cloud/Azure VDA/Azure VDI
- Hands-on experience supporting conference systems and market data applications
- Sound knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with exceptional customer service
- End-user support experience in Investment Banking/Trade Support is a plus
