This advertisement is for the recruiting position of Operation Support Officer.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Primary School located in Tampines
Contract Period: From 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
Option To Extend: for a further period of one year
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursday: 7.00am to 4.30pm inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Printing of worksheets and examination papers
- Maintaining the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace
- Providing logistical support for school events and activities
- Simple administrative and office work(e.g. answering phone calls, collating data, simple data entry, distribution of material, attending to students and stakeholders)
- Any other assigned duties.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Ability to communicate and work in teams
- Customer service
- Prior experience in providing similar services would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office Word
- Know how to operate an office printing machine/copier
