Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Near Jurong East MRT
Salary: $2,800 - $3,200
Responsibilities:
- Report to Service Supervisor.
- Receive, coordinate, and dispatch customer and support requests to field engineers.
- Maintain documents and the database.
- Produce routine system reports and provide information to field staff using Excel.
- Use various software to handle customer and field requests.
- Enter orders for service parts required by field service engineers.
- Complete assigned tasks such as invoicing and generating reports.
Requirements:
- Efficiently handle customer calls in a professional manner.
- Learn product details and technical terminology.
- Assess and address customer issues, including escalation when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with customers.
- Perform data entry while assisting customers and field engineers.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
